Abstract

Cet article a pour objectifs de présenter une technique originale d'organisation de l'information qualitative et d'illustrer ses applications possibles en marketing. Le diagramme des affinités permet d'analyser et d'organiser des données factuelles. Il est utilisé pour explorer et formaliser les problèmes clients.
