Abstract

À travers une étude de cas, celle d'une émission télévisée de divertissement à succès, intitulée " Tout le monde en parle ", l'article analyse les éléments concourant à la fabrication d'un flux d'émotions chez les membres de l'audience en cadrant cette analyse dans l'ère postmoderne. Un ensemble de facteurs est alors proposé pour la gestion d'un produit expérientiel ou d'une organisation expérientielle.
