Abstract

Après une introduction qui pose la notion de régulation, ce texte aborde les éléments suivants : les notions de loi, principe, valeur, norme, règle ; l'« école de la régulation » en sciences économiques ; l'« économie des conventions » (ou « théorie des conventions ») ; un focus sur le modèle des économies de la grandeur ; la déviance (ou la transgression) comme mode de régulation ; une conclusion sur psychanalyse et organisation, un focus sur la notion de « compromis institutionnel » de C. André (2002) et le triptyque « politics – politicies – polities ».
