Abstract

Ce texte est organisé de la manière suivante. Après la présentation de la difficulté à définir notion de culture, il présente successivement : la démarche anthropologique et la définition de la culture (Sir Edward Burnett Tylord (1832-1917), Clifford Geertz et l'anthropologie symbolique, Claude Lévi-Strauss et l'analyse structurale de la culture, C. K. Kluckhohn et la conception de la culture orientée vers les valeurs) ; Sociologie et culture (Edgar Morin et la dualité de la culture) ; Quelques précisions terminologiques : les notions de règle et de valeur (la notion de règle, la notion de valeur, la notion de mœurs) ; Culture et organisation ; Yvan Allaire et Mihaela E. Firsirotu : un schéma conceptuel de la culture organisationnelle ; culture et identité (de l'identité professionnelle - l'identité au travail, l'identité de groupe de R. Sainsaulieu, l'identité de groupe de R. Sainsaulieu, les six mondes sociaux de l'entreprise de I. Francfort et al. - le recours à Max Weber).
