Abstract

Ce texte est organisé de la manière suivante. Après une introduction qui positionne la question de la flexibilité, il aborde successivement : de la flexibilité du processus et des produits à la flexibilité du travail ; la société flexible ; de la flexibilité à la résilience (une version moins radicale de la flexibilité : la flexisécurité, l'organisation agile) ; un focus sur résilience et résistance (résilience et résistance comme « essence » de l'organisation ; de la résistance au changement ; alors, résilience et résistance, deux concepts différents ou associés ; la résilience comme métaphore).
