Abstract

De nouvelles formes d'organisation de l'entreprise sont en gestation. L'architecture des systèmes de production est particulièrement bouleversée par les phénomènes de flexibilité et d'adaptation à l'environnement commercial. La mise en place des nouvelles technologies de fabrication et de traitement de l'information souligne l'importance des problèmes de gestion de production. L'un d'entre eux se distingue nettement : il s'agit de la concrétisation des objectifs de production sur le plan du respect de la qualité et des délais de réalisation. Dans le cadre d'une production diversifiée, l'adéquation entre planification et mise en oeuvre de la fabrication n'est jamais donnée d'avance. Le point nodal étant le choix de la répartition des capacités de décision apte à réduire les temps de réaction.
