Gestion des compétences et production des connaissances dans le management par projet

Abstract

L'un des moteurs de production et de capitalisation des connaissances réside bien entendu dans les compétences détenues par les acteurs. Mais la gestion des compétences est bien différente d'une organisation à l'autre. Lorsque l'on s'intéresse au rôle de la gestion des compétences dans la production des connaissances, on touche de fait à la disponibilité des ressources cognitives des acteurs. Disponibilitéqui doit servir les projets en cours, et qui doit aussi se constituer à nouveau pour les projets futurs. La production continue des connaissances est garantie par ces différentes modalités d'élaboration de disponibilité. Nous mettons ici en lumière l'une des principales conditions de disponibilité au moyen de la notion d'interaction entre les acteurs, plus exactement entre les professions. -Une première partie définit le cadre théorique de l'approche choisie en dressant un état de la littérature. Les modalités de production des connaissances dans les projets sont ramenées à la gestion des compétences en mettant l'accent sur la structuration des interactions professionnelles. - Dans une seconde partie, nous montrons comment la mixité des régulations des personnels de recherche permet aux interactions de rendre positifs les apprentissages organisationnels. Partant, organisation des connaissances et pilotage des projets apparaissent comme deux dynamiques faiblement complémentaires si l'on ne prend pas le soin de définir et pratiquer des dispositifs d'interaction entre les professions.
