Dimension culturelle de l'intégration post-acquisition: le cas d'une multinationale française au Moyen-Orient

Abstract

Cette recherche s'intéresse aux relations interpersonnelles et interorganisationnelles durant la phase d'intégration post-acquisition internationale. L'objectif est de mieux comprendre la phase d'intégration de l'entreprise étrangère par une multinationale française. Cette recherche se base sur le cas d'intégration d'un cimentier du Moyen-Orient. Quatre ans après l'acquisition, la filiale vit une crise sans précédent : arrêt de la production et changement du comité exécutif. A travers une analyse des discours des acteurs des deux entités, la recherche met d'abord en relief des relations interpersonnelles caractérisées par des principes propres à la culture locale, avant l'acquisition. Ensuite, elle montre un glissement de cette relation d'un niveau individuel à un niveau organisationnel, traduisant ainsi des attentes qui viennent en divergence avec les représentations de la multinationale quant à sa conception de sa relation avec ses filiales.
