Abstract

On parle beaucoup sur les ronds-points du prix de l'essence, du scandale des péages autoroutiers ou de l'insuffisance des services ferroviaires locaux. Tout cela concerne directement ou indirectement les politiques de tarification d'usage des infrastructures (TUI), qu'il s'agisse de la route ou du rail. Une vaste question, trop souvent couverte d'un voile d'ignorance, qui était pourtant traitée dans le bon sens mais sur laquelle on risque de faire demi-tour. Cet article est un essai de clarification et de mise en ordre.
