Abstract

Un partenariat entre le département de la recherche d'Orange et le LAM est en cours depuis 2016 autour des questions concernant les usages professionnels du téléphone mobile dans l'économie informelle ouest-africaine. Marie-Victoire Comet et Kevin Mellet évoquent les enjeux de ce partenariat pour Orange et donnent leur point de vue sur les spécificités d'un tel marché, notamment au regard du mobile money.
