Abstract

Cette nouvelle édition actualisée et complétée depuis le premier opus de 2011 décrit et analyse les grands fondements de l'économie du Brésil pour mieux cerner son essor, ses forces et ses faiblesses. Chap. 1 : de quelle manière la colonisation a-t-elle maintenu le Brésil dans une situation de dépendance vis-à-vis de l'Europe ? Chap. 2 : comment le Brésil est-il devenu une grande puissance industrielle ? Chap. 3 : par quels mécanismes les politiques économiques ont-elles réussi jusque-là à surmonter les crises ? Chap. 4 : pour quelles raisons le Brésil est-il devenu une grande puissance agricole ? Chap. 5 : pourquoi le Brésil n'a-t-il pas mis fin à sa dépendance économique extérieure ? Chap. 6 : quels sont les grands défis auxquels devra se confronter prochainement l'économie brésilienne ?
