Abstract

La cohérence psychologique entre un manager et un nouvel outil de gestion est indispensable à tout processus d'appropriation. Il convient notamment d'en mesurer le degré afin d'anticiper – et le cas échéant de corriger – la trajectoire de l'outil dans l'organisation. Dès lors, de nombreux travaux ont porté sur les représentations des individus pour étudier la cohérence psychologique privilégiant ainsi l'étude de mécanismes d'évaluation conscients et verbalisables pour comprendre le processus d'appropriation des outils de gestion. Pourtant, des mécanismes inconscients et donc difficilement verbalisable tels que les émotions primaires qui constituent un antécédent majeur des représentations verbalisables et des comportements. Dans cet article à visée conceptuelle, nous proposons donc de revisiter les approches d'identification et de compréhension de l'appropriation des outils de gestion en tenant compte des émotions primaires.
