Abstract

"Les limites du modèle de l'hyperconsommation sont de plus en plus perceptibles. Elles sont patentes sur le plan environnemental et, alors que la succession des « crises » (dans l'alimentaire, l'industrie pharmaceutique, l'automobile…) sape la confiance des consommateurs dans les grands acteurs de l'offre, les acquis de la « science du bonheur » relativisent la promesse de bonheur associée à un modèle fondé sur le « toujours plus ».Tout en se refusant à porter un jugement moral sur la consommation, les auteurs réunis dans cet ouvrage s'interrogent sur la possibilité d'une « bonne consommation », sur son contenu et sur les voies à explorer pour surmonter les obstacles à sa diffusion."
