Abstract

D'un débat organisé par les étudiants de l'Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Lyon, sur le projet de canal Rhin-Rhône, ressortent non pas des lignes de force, mais une série d'oppositions entre tenants et adversaires d'un projet dont l'origine remonte aux années qui ont précédé la loi du Rhône et la fondation de la Compagnie Nationale du Rhône. Sans être neutre sur ce propos, nous nous sommes efforcé d'établir un argumentaire contradictoire en résumant les propos des protagonistes.
