Abstract

Dans une première partie, l'auteur examine ce qu'ont été les péripéties de la politique commune des transports depuis 1959. Cet historique des avancées et surtout des échecs, lui permettra de préciser ce que peut être le contenu de cette politique. Dans une deuxième partie, il s'efforcera d'analyser les raison pour lesquelles les résultats n'ont pas été à la mesure des ambitions initiales, ce qui lui permettra d'avoir quelques idées quant à l'avenir de la politique commune des transports.
