Abstract

Tématem třetího kulatého stolu organizovaný CEFRES v roce 1995 je reforma místní správy. První diskutující, Serge Wachter (DATAR), se zaměřuje na novou politiku územní teritoriální správy ve Francii, zatímco druhý, Radim Perlín (UK), se zajímá o vývoj diskuzí o administrativním rozdělení České a Slovenské republiky. Jiří Blažek (UK) následně provádí rozbor nového systému financování místní správy v České republice. Následuje zpráva Márii Strussové (SAV) o reformě veřejné správy a založení samosprávy v lokálním měřítku na Slovensku, prezentace Sylvie Bourelové o krocích učiněných na poli administrativní spolupráce mezi Francií a Českou republikou, a zpráva Miloše Matuly o subsidiaritě a reformě místní správy v České republice. Kulatý stůl se uzavírá rozborem reformy místní české vlády od Josefa Ježka (UK) a závěrečným slovem Petra Pitharta (UK).
