Abstract

V tomto příspěvku se Françoise Divisiová zajímá o strukturální fondy, které představují finanční nástroj Evropské unie, jehož prostřednictvím upevňuje svoji ekonomickou a sociální soudržnost. Z důvodu krize jsou dnes fondy určeny k tomu, aby podpořily politiku zaměstnanosti vypracovanou v rámci vnitrostátních akčních plánů, neboť vzdělávací a výchovná politika jsou podstatným prvkem její soudržnosti. Z toho důvodu prohlašuje Komise ve své AGENDĚ 2000, stanovující společný rámec pro celek jednotlivých unijních politik v letech 2000-2006 (včetně vyhlídek na rozšíření o nové členské státy), že v budoucnu bude mít evropská kompetitivita vzdělávacích politik zásadní roli v oblasti výzkumu a technologických inovací. Obě problematiky, politická i finanční, by měly podnítit ministerstva školství a výzkumu k tomu, aby dokázala získat podporu ze strukturálních fondů.
