Abstract

Dans sa contribution, Corine Eyraud étudie le fonctionnement d'entreprises à capitaux mixtes en Chine et met en lumière deux modes spécifiques de gestion du personnel. Elle explore les modalités de construction du consensus dans ces entreprises sino-françaises en rappelant le rôle important du Parti comme celui du syndicat. Son analyse révèle les difficultés de la confrontation interculturelle entre deux groupes d'acteurs qui ont tendance à vivre en « parallèle », tout en partageant finalement une même culture du secret et du cloisonnement des informations.
