Retomando la propuesta de ordenamiento territorial para la comuna de Melipilla, Chile

Abstract

Después de seis años en que se realizara un diagnóstico y una propuesta de Ordenamiento Territorial (OT) para la comuna de Melipilla (Ubilla Bravo, 2007a, 2007b), el presente artículo de conferencia retoma la investigación para discutirla directamente con la comunidad melipillana. En este trabajo se presenta de manera breve la problemática del tema en Chile, luego se describen los elementos más relevantes del diagnóstico mediante la técnica FODA y la estrategia PRDL. Finalmente se revisa la propuesta de OT con algunos alcances para abrir la discusión.
