Abstract

This chapter discusses the networked regionalised development opportunity for countries in transition that do not yet have sufficient industry. Through network models, companies or entrepreneurs of these countries would develop by collective actions to create and exploit new efficient process, minimize risk or maximize competitive performance, especially as premises to FDI or international collocation industrial processes. Here we propose a new form of entrepreneurship network we call "network teams" ; it seems also suited to the format of integrated industrial platforms in emerging economies. Entrepreneurship network team is a concept built by a composite approach of spatial and geographical economics on one hand, and by a sociological and managerial approach on the other hand. This work thus raises the question of whether the « network teams » are essential to the development of an economy in transition. This adds to its predisposition to "clustering". Before we focus on the case of an economy in transition, we first address the question of favorable key factors to network teams in the framework of a market economy. To illustrate this, Algeria presents interest because this country, which manifests an intention to promote its industrial investments, shows a lag in the development of innovation and industrialization networking.
