Política Pública Regional para el Desarrollo de Localidades Aisladas. Región Metropolitana de Santiago

Abstract

La presente política pública regional pretende contribuir al desarrollo de pequeños asentamientos humanos rurales, los que se encuentran en condiciones de mayor aislamiento físico, en la Región Metropolitana de Santiago. La política se justifica ya que estos asentamientos, generalmente están al margen de la mayoría de las políticas públicas y de la inversión privada. De esta manera, el trabajo propone tres objetivos: determinar las entidades rurales con mayor grado de aislamiento, identificar la vulnerabilidad de dichas entidades y realizar una propuesta inicial de objetivos de desarrollo territorial, aplicando un índice de aislamiento físico-geográfico, una encuesta y el método de marco lógico.
