Abstract

Le vieillissement et l'innovation sont souvent considérés comme des phénomènes antinomiques. Cet article, consacré à l'innovation et aux changements institutionnels dans les services de soins aux personnes âgées (SSPA), cherche à rompre avec ce préjugé. Il propose une vision large de l'innovation incluant les dimensions à la fois technologiques et non technologiques et, sur cette base, tente de mieux cerner les logiques sous-jacentes.
