Abstract

Reprenant l'esprit et le titre d'une peinture de Gauguin, l'étude D'où venons-nous? Que sommes-nous? Où allons-nous? offre une analyse des parcours professionnels des chomeurs de longue durée en Suisse.Les réponses à ces questions -d'importance sociale, économique et pour les politiques du travail et le financement des assurances sociales- fournissent de nouvelles connaissances pour la compréhension du marché du travail, ainsi que pour lutter contre l'exclusion professionnelle et sociale. Ce volume est également disponible en italien.
