Abstract

La politique de la montagne d'après 1981, qui permet à la loi Montagne de voir le jour en 1985, est incontestablement originale. On a montré ailleurs que, s'inscrivant en apparence dans la continuité d'une politique d'aménagement de la montagne déjà ancienne, elle marque en fait la première étape d'une rupture plus générale avec les procédures traditionnelles de l'aménagement du territoire et annonce les pratiques du développement territorial qui s'imposeront dans le courant des années quatre-vingt-dix.
