Abstract

Cette étude s'intéresse à la mise en place des systèmes d'information par les petites et moyennes Entreprises (PME) de la Région Rhône-Alpes. Pour ce faire, nous avons entrepris une analyse des difficultés inhérentes à la mise en place de nouveaux systèmes d'information, impactant l'ensemble de la structure organisationnelle d'une entreprise, en utilisant l'approche de l'acteur-réseau. Devant les difficultés de mise en place de ces systèmes, les entreprises peuvent faire appel à différents acteurs, structures comme l'ENE (Espace Numérique Entreprise) et experts & professionnels partenaires pouvant aider le chef d'entreprise. Nous avons donc voulu mettre en évidence les réseaux, les controverses et les traducteurs, en interrogeant non seulement des chefs d'entreprises mais aussi les conseillers TIC et les chefs de projets de l'ENE qui apportent leur soutien à ces démarches.
