Abstract

Ce document de travail s'attache aux conséquences de la crise des subprimes sur les conditions d'accès aux marchés des fonds prêtables pour les collectivités territoriales à la fois américaines et européennes. Nous nous attachons notamment aux conséquences de la crise sur les politiques de gestion active des la dette, notamment sur les produits structurés à l'origine des débats autours des emprunts dits toxiques
