Libérer les performances cachées des entreprises par un management socio-économique

Abstract

L'environnement concurrentiel dans lequel sont intégrées les entreprises conduit les employeurs à être de plus en plus attentifs à la productivité, à la compétitivité des produits et à la qualité des conditions de travail. Pour ce faire, cet ouvrage démontre que l'amélioration de la performance de l'entreprise demande de recourir à des formes innovantes de management qui permettent le développement d'activités à plus forte valeur ajoutée. Dans ce sens, le management socio-économique fournit de nouvelles compétences managériales aux dirigeants et aux cadres afin de leur permettre de transformer leurs entreprises et leurs organisations dans le contexte concurrentiel actuel. En effet, le management socio-économique démontre qu'il existe toujours un écart entre le fonctionnement attendu et le fonctionnement réel dans les entreprises, représenté par les dysfonctionnements. Ceux-ci sont à l'origine de la dégradation de la performance économique des entreprises qui n'est pas identifiée dans les systèmes classiques d'informations et qui constituent des coûts cachés.
