Abstract

Cet ouvrage met en évidence des thèmes abordés lors du colloque sur la qualité intégrale de l'entreprise et le professionnalisme des consultants. Il aborde des sujets très variés et avec la participation du Ministère de l'Industrie : l'intervention dans une PME d'informatique et l'évolution de l'expert comptable, du rôle du formateur et des consultants internes et externes, des phénomène d'efficacité-qualité dans les entreprises, la valorisation de la recherches en management et en gestion... Il apporte des précisions sur le métier de consultant et son rôle stratégique dans le pilotage des entreprises. Une idée également retenue de cet ouvrage est qu'il est essentiel de maintenir en permanence les efforts de formation et de perfectionnement des consultants en management et qu'il faut mettre en œuvre et promouvoir les formations diplômantes, d'envergure européenne, soutenues par une théorie solide et par des outils innovants de conduite de l'intervention.
