Abstract

Cet ouvrage met en évidence des thèmes abordés lors du colloque sur la qualité intégrale de l'entreprise et le professionnalisme des consultants. Il aborde des sujets très variés : le rayonnement européen du groupe ESC Lyon, l'ouverture à l'Europe de l'Université Lyon 2, l'Europe un enjeu stratégique pour le Cabinet Algoé, différents cas d'interventions socio-économiques dans les collectivités locales, dans une entreprise en URSS, dans de grandes institutions françaises et au travers de méthodologies de mise en œuvre de projet d'amélioration dans un lycée professionnel du textile. Il apporte des précisions sur le métier de consultant et son ouverture à l'Europe, suite à un rapport présenté au Ministère de l'Industrie, quelques années auparavant, mettant en évidence l'objectif d'encourager la formation dans l'entreprise et la pénétration d'idées nouvelles et de conseil en management dans les PMI.
