Abstract

Un vif courant d'intérêt est né ces dernières années sur la nécessité de développer le professionnalisme des consultants en management qui devront affronter dès 1993 une âpre concurrence européenne et internationale et répondre avec efficacité à la demande de plus en plus exigeante des entreprises. Partant d'un constat de carence dans le domaine de la qualité de l'offre de conseil en management en France et de la formation, initiale et continue, au métier de consultant en entreprise, l'ISEOR s'est investi depuis plus de 10 ans dans la formation de conseil en management, prenant le contre-pied de l'opinion dominante, et affirmant que le métier de consultant peut s'apprendre et donc s'enseigner, en alternance avec la vie professionnelle sur le terrain. Encore faut-il bâtir une théorie générale de l'intervention-conseil en entreprise pour donner un cadre de formation de référence à la formation de consultant en management.
