Abstract

La nécessité de développer le professionnalisme des consultants en management s'est imposée ces dernières années, suscitée notamment par l'exigence croissante des entreprises en matière de qualité du conseil en management. Partant d'un constat de carence tant dans le domaine de la qualité de l'offre de conseil en management en France que dans celui de la formation initiale et continue, l'ISEOR travaille depuis 10 ans au développement de dispositifs de formation, qui contribuent à l'émergence d'un véritable métier, la consultance. Depuis 1988, avec le concours du Ministère de l'Industrie et de la FNEGE, l'ISEOR organise un colloque annuel qui rassemble des consultants et experts issus de cabinets-conseils de toutes tailles, des auditeurs internes, des responsables d'entreprises et d'organisations publiques ou privées, autour d'un thème central: "Qualité de l'entreprise et professionnalisme des consultants". Chaque année, les débats s'articulent autour d'un thème spécifique de réflexion.
