Abstract

Certification, qualité et emploi Le processus de résolution du problème de la qualité dans les entreprises françaises est maintenant bien engagé. Des enseignements constructifs sont tirés de l'expérience de cette longue crise économique. Des acteurs autrefois sensibles à la discipline économique ont modifié leurs discours et, souvent, leurs comportements. Parmi les messages clés de cette mutation, la notion de qualité a fait son chemin dans l'opinion publique et dans tous les milieux professionnels. Avec l'arrivée des normes ISO et du grand marché européen, l'obtention de la certification est devenue un enjeu prioritaire pour de nombreuses entreprises. Elle a pour objet de certifier que le système d'assurance de la qualité d'une entreprise est conforme à l'un des trois " modèles " normalisés de la série de norme ISO 9000 (International Standart Organisation).
