Abstract

Les PME_PMI forment la grande majorité des entreprises françaises,. Il y a encore peu, elles vivaient grâce à quelques fidèles clients, mais aujourd'hui, le marché local n'est pas suffisant pour faire face à la mondialisation des échanges. Comme tout chef d'entreprise de grande taille, le dirigeant de PME-PMI doit piloter, déléguer, développer une vision à long terme pour rester réactif face aux changements de l'environnement. L'évolution du contexte économique mondial, l'innovation technologique, la concur¬rence... sont désormais les enjeux de nombreuses PME-PMI au même titre que les grandes entreprises. Les dirigeants de petites et moyennes entreprises expriment d'ailleurs leur besoin de prestations d'accompagnement, notamment lors de la mise en œuvre d'une nouvelle stratégie ou d'outils de pilotage. Cette nouvelle situation exige de la part des cabinets de conseil, des prestations de grande qualité et adaptés à chaque cas, capables de constituer un véritable investissement immatériel, rentable pour les PME-PMI.
