Abstract

La création d'entreprises à fort potentiel de développement est, aujourd'hui, un phénomène important. Selon une étude réalisée par l'IFOP, dans le cadre du Salon des Entrepreneurs 2000, en partenariat avec l'Agence Pour la Création d'Entreprises (APCE), 13 millions de français ont envie de créer, un jour, leur entreprise. 3 millions d'entre eux ont un vrai projet. La création d'entreprises a augmenté de 2,1 % en 1999. Pourtant, seules 200 à 250 000 entreprises sont créées en France chaque année. De plus, elles ont du mal à atteindre leur quatrième année d'existence. Un peu plus de la moitié ont disparu à ce stade. Souvent, les créateurs d'entreprises ont à surmonter des obstacles considérables pour saisir et exploiter pleinement les opportunités qui s'offrent à eux. Aussi, ils doivent faire preuve d'initiative, de ténacité et de force de conviction. Depuis 1988, avec le concours du Ministère de l'Industrie, l'ISEOR organise un colloque annuel autour d'un thème central: " Qualité de l'entreprise et professionnalisme des consultants ". Il rassemble des consultants, experts, auditeurs internes, responsables d'entreprises et d'organisations publiques ou privées.
