Abstract

L'Université connaît actuellement de profondes mutations dans son environnement, d'ordre géopolitique d'une part, et dans les comportements de ses partenaires d'autre part. Comme toute organisation, l'université est insérée dans des espaces emboîtés, qui vont de la proximité à l'éloignement: cité, région, nation, construction européenne, mondialisation. L'évolution des réglementations nationale et internationale tend à reconnaître la perte de monopole de l'Université sur la production et la certification des connaissances. En outre, tous les lieux de vie professionnelle sont devenus des concurrents de l'Université en tant que sources d'acquisition des connaissances nouvelles.
