Abstract

Les Chambres de Commerce et d'Industrie régionales et locales sont dans une période décisive pour leur devenir. Elles ne parviendront à se développer et à être des acteurs clé de la société que si elles définissent des stratégies de mutations aussi bien externes qu'internes. Les Chambres doivent aussi devenir une force de proposition. Les principales questions que l'on se pose actuellement sur les Chambres de Commerce et de l'Industrie sont abordées : le positionnement stratégique des CCI (missions et métiers stratégiques des Chambres, groupement interconsulaires, nouvelles offre de services...), la gouvernance et le management des CCI et leurs performances (démarche qualité, management de projet, management du changement, nouvelles technologies, performances sociales...)
