Abstract

Le management et le développement territorial dans le contexte de la décentralisation, l'animation et le pilotage de projets de développement, la mise en place d'outils et d'indicateurs, l'évaluation des politiques et des actions régionales, la stratégie de développement des territoires avec l'intercommunalité de proximité et les pôles de compétences et de compétitivité, les stratégie partenariales entres les organismes publics et privés, sont autant de thèmes auxquels l'ensemble des acteurs politiques, institutionnels et les entreprises doivent faire face. Depuis 1988, l'ISEOR organise un colloque annuel autour d'un thème central : " Qualité de l'entreprise et professionnalisme des consultants ". Il rassemble des consultants, experts, responsables d'entreprises et d'organisation publiques et privées. Le thème spécifique de cette dix-huitième édition des actes du colloque 2005 est " le management du développement des territoires ".
