Le théâtre : un outil de gestion au service des managers

Abstract

Le sujet de la communication porte sur le " théâtre d'entreprise " qui est en plein essor en Europe, et nous permet de nous interroger sur la fonction de management de la pratique théâtrale. Les résultats présentés dans cette communication sont tirés d'un projet de recherche intitulé " ThéMaStrat " qui vise à identifier les complémentarités existantes entre le Théâtre et le Management Stratégique. La recherche empirique a été effectuée auprès de 200 managers qui travaillent dans une grande entreprise. Elle montre tout d'abord que la quasi-totalité des managers (78,8%) et de leurs supérieurs hiérarchiques, estiment que la mobilisation des techniques théâtrales permet d'améliorer l'efficacité des managers et du personnel de l'entreprise. De plus, elle permet d'identifier deux types de contributions du théâtre en entreprise : sur le plan technique (dans des situations de management), et sur plan du développement personnel du manager.
