L'Analyse Socio-Economique, Un Outil De Proactivite, Pour Conduire Le Changement Organisationnel

Abstract

Durant les cinq dernières années, nous avons mené plusieurs Recherches-Interventions en tant que consultant et formateur pour accompagner plusieurs organismes et contribuer à la mise en œuvre de la démarche qualité. Malgré de nombreux résultats positifs obtenus par les démarches qualité, nous avons relevé deux grandes difficultés : la première difficulté était due au manque d'une approche globale permettant l'implication du personnel: en effet, les équipes qualité mises en place n'arrivaient pas à couvrir les différents niveaux de l'entreprise, comme le stipulent les principes de la qualité et de l'excellence , la deuxième difficulté était due au transfert et à la mise en œuvre dans un contexte socioculturel des principes et des concepts dits "universels " tels que les principes de la qualité et de l'excellence. A plusieurs reprises, nous avons noté chez les acteurs quelques résistances d'ordre culturel.
