Abstract

Renforcer les conditions de pérennité d'une organisation sous-tend, dans son mode de fonctionnement, de canaliser la contribution des acteurs au projet collectif de l'organisation : le projet organisationnel. La notion de projet organisationnel est plurielle, selon que l'on s'intéresse au projet poursuivi par l'organisation confrontée à d'autres, aux stratégies d'acteurs ou au projet comme processus d'amélioration de la qualité de fonctionnement d'un espace d'acteurs. Les approches projets ont pour objectif de permettre des " sauts stratégiques " en réduisant l'écart entre l'intention et la mise en oeuvre d'une stratégie. Aujourd'hui la nécessité d'évolution du mode de management ne concerne pas seulement les entreprises mais une multiplicité d'organisations, qu'elles soient privées ou publiques, relevant du secteur marchand ou non, tant la pression sur les ressources (internes/externes) nécessaires à leur pérennité est forte. La capacité à gérer le(s) projet(s) s'impose ainsi comme le défi de toute organisation vivante pour assurer sa survie et son développement.
