Abstract

Cette synthèse analyse la métamorphose des organisations à la fois suite et préalablement à des accords de coopération. L'entreprise en réseau suppose à la fois des compétences nouvelles et une refondation de ses fondamentaux concurrentiels et organisationnels au-delà de ses frontières conventionnelles et de sa pensée stratégique usuelle. L'objet entreprise évolue au fil des évolutions de son environnement, et l'entreprise réseau prend forme par métamorphose de ses compétences, de ses ressources et de ses capacités.
