Abstract

Ce directeur de recherche au Credoc revient sur le modèle du consommateur type développé en 2001, remarque que les enseignes commencent à penser un peu moins 'produit' et un peu plus 'client' et souligne que le commerce en ligne a changé la donne. Il évoque les questions de relation avec le client, de logistique et de livraison ainsi que l'évolution du commerce. Il met en évidence le problème des friches commerciales et le succès de l'approvisionnement local même dans certains groupes.
