Les effets structurants multi-niveaux d'une méthode de transmission de savoirs d'experts

Abstract

Cette communication rend compte de l'évaluation d'une méthode semi-directive en gestion des connaissances centrée sur l'expert. La méthodologie d'évaluation repose sur des principes de recherche-intervention issus de la sociologie clinique à des fins " d'évaluation apprenante ". L'appréciation des effets structurants de cette méthode de gestion des connaissance couplée à l'évaluation est effectué sur plusieurs niveaux, celui de l'individu, du collectif de travail et de l'entreprise. Sur le plan individuel, nous mettons en évidence des effets structurants en termes de psychologie cognitive, débouchant sur une nouvelle structuration des connaissances tacites ainsi que sur l'intériorisation d'une visée pédagogiques intégrée à l'activité même de conception dans la résolution de problèmes. Les effets sociaux, sont quand à eux liés au changement dans la légitimité sociale de l'individu expert et ont des effets rétroactifs sur sa motivation à transmettre. Les effets organisationnels on traits à la transformation des règles collectives de travail facilité par la verbalisation des problèmes tandis que les effets stratégiques sont issus du changement de pratique dans l'entreprise en matière de capitalisation de connaissances offrant un nouveau support à la négociation et l'information dans les réseaux de clients ou partenaires ou au niveau inter-services.
