Abstract

Ce papier montre que les facteurs de performance des équipes perçus comme les plus importants par les managers sont la clarté des objectifs, les relations de confiance au sein de l'équipe et les compétences des membres et du leader. L'étude montre également que ces perceptions sont influencées par le type d'équipe.
