Abstract

Dans cette communication, nous essayons de montrer que de nombreux instruments du contrôle de gestion semblent céder a une idéologie de la complexité. Ceux-ci semblent en effet invoquer la complexité et leur capacité a aider les managers à la prendre en charge sans pour autant réellement la définir. Ce faisant, la complexité ne relèverait que de la rhétorique mais dans le même temps dévaloriserait la simplicité qui semble inhérente a l'action. Nous proposons alors un cadre théorique associant simplicité pragmatique et complexité cognitive pour construire un autre type d'instrument de contrôle de gestion dont nous donnons un exemple
