Abstract

Les outils de contrôle de gestion adaptés à la petite entreprise sont embryonnaires. Les contraintes de compétitivité et de rentabilité sont pourtant de plus en plus fortes et rendent nécessaire un pilotage opérationnel au cœur de l'action. LA vision transversale des petites organisations donnée par un modèle d'activités et de processus peut permettre un pilotage par les acteurs. Une recherche action a débuté en 2002 dans une petite entreprise de services informatiques. Elle nous permet de confronter la théorie à un terrain. Cette communication propose une modélisation adaptée aux contraintes organisationnelles et à l'instabilité de l'environnement de la petite entreprise.
