L'ingénierie d'audit d'activité d'une entreprise : concepts et perspectives

Abstract

Différents articles et études récentes sur l'audit interne d'entreprise soulignent un fort besoin de rénovation méthodologique des processus traditionnels d'audit interne. Deux constats majeurs sont principalement faits. Le premier est une demande d'évolution de l'auditeur vers un éclairage plus global de la performance de l'unité étudiée. Le second insiste sur la nécessité pour l'auditeur d'évoluer vers plus de créativité tout en conservant sa dimension de contrôleur. En réponse à cette problématique, cet article propose d'étudier le concept d'ingénierie d'audit d'activité qui décrit une méthodologie d'audit de l'activité devant permettre à l'auditeur de faire évoluer ses missions vers plus de créativité sans renier sa dimension contrôlante.
