Abstract

Dans le cadre d'une autonomie accrue, le pilotage des représentations des acteurs se substitue au contrôle de leurs actions. Cet article s'intéresse d'une part à l'impact du système d'information sur ce pilotage et d'autre part au risque que ce dernier n'échappe aux managers.
