Abstract

La rapidité de l'évolution technologique rend aujourd'hui indispensable une nouvelle approche du métier de comptable. Or, les développements actuels des technologies de l'information et de la communication permettent aux responsables de formation de concevoir un système de formation éclaté s'appuyant sur un dispositif multimédia de formation. Ce système peut assurer à l'apprenant, quel que soit son lieu d'apprentissage, non seulement l'acquisition de connaissances théoriques et de savoir-faire mais aussi le développement de capacités comportementales particulières telles que l'autonomie, l'initiative dans l'organisation et la conduite d'un travail, l'aptitude à travailler en équipe.
