Abstract

Cette communciation a pour objet de restituer les résultats d'une étude empirique menée auprès de 74 réseaux contractuels de distribution sur le système de contrôle mis en oeuvre par l'enseigne auprès de ses adhérents. L'étude montre que le contrôle est soumis à une tendance au démembrement et une tendance à l'hybridation
